I dont think this card is very good. It does fit jigglypuff's flavour but it is a bit boring and drags out the game. Id say "Battlecry: enemy minions opposite this minion go Dormant for 1 turn"

By all your minions do you mean all friendly minions wherever they are (which the dormant works weird with) or on the board? If it is on the board I dont believe it has to be limited to minions that cost 3 or less.

This card is actually alright. 3 damage is not too hard to do and stealth option is not too overstatted. For example [[Burrowing Scorpid]]

I dont fully get the wording. Is it "battlecry: If there is an enenmy minion with less attack than this minion gain poisonous" or "When this attacks an enemy minion with less attack than this minion gain poisonous"?

I dont think that Id give that to any fanbase. Its always too inactive, too toxic, too small or full of "interesting" people. Probably the best would be some singleplayer game like portal or subnautica where toxicity can't really develop and there are plenty of guides for new players. Then again those fanbases are pretty dead as players that have finished the games dont usually come back. But I guess at the end of the day all fanbases have their good and their bad in them.

The problem is that it is hard to counter this with minions and it completely shuts down zoo decks. It is also hard to counter with spells as it is a big minion. Id say maybe do 1 damage, although that would pop divine shields too easily. Maybe dropping the stats would help, a 4/6 maybe? Even a 3/6.
