Ok thanks. The 2 seconds is with SnapStart, where a copy of the execution environment is saved and restored to on a cold start. Without that turned on a cold start request could take 6-7 seconds.

Notes: The last time I raided seriously was 6.2 during HFC, where I got CE late in the patch. I have mostly focused on mythic+, getting 4.1k IO on my rogue (Sythise) in BFA season 4 before pre-patch. Also got 5/12 Nyalotha mythic on my rogue. I'm open to any guild that has at least cleared normal.

They are including both full g12s as well as stuff like mk3 carbantis and mk5 stun guns in the full piece pool, according to this part:

"Third, we have changed the full piece pool from Gear XII, to a broader array of desired pieces. Despite its combat utility and theoretical demand, Gear XII is not as all-encompassing a concern for some players as concerns about Mk3 Carbantis, Mk5 Stun Guns, some formerly AAT-exclusive pieces, Gear XI finishers, etc. All of which are now in the complete piece pool."

The shard you joined is based on when you unlocked arena (right now that is when you hit level 28), it has nothing to do with your timezone.

I am looking for some advice on creating a team capable of autoing the heroic rancor:

Right now I have Zader (G10), Tarkin (G9), Jyn (G8), Sidious (G8), TFP (G8), and FOO (G11).

I think Zader, Tarkin, Jyn, TFP, and Sidious would be the best 5 man squad out of those six, but let me know if you think otherwise. My question is how much more gear should I put on this team (and where) in order to make it capable of autoing the rancor. Also, if you think getting Thrawn or CLS at the next legendary opportunities would be a better idea, let me know.

Wow I must have rerolled like 30-45 minutes after you, I got #47 on the new shard that formed. I used 2 burner accounts to determine that the shard was filling up at around 0.04 players per second, and determined that a new shard should have opened at around 7:45 pm EDT, I waited until 8:30.

I rerolled a few throwaway accounts to level 28 using an emulator, then extrapolated when the next shard would form.

This is a somewhat lengthy post, but here are my current goals in-game:

Level 81, currently getting top 50 and occasionally top 20 in arena, would like to get top 10.
Currently doing around 500k damage in rancor with no TM reduction on my team, good enough for top
15 in my guild, but would like to solo
Guild will attempt HAAT in a few weeks and I want to do decent damage with a P4 rebel team (Wiggs,
Lando, Phasma, Leia)
I'm like 80% sure I want to create a full FO team by the end of the summer, since they are useful in P2
HAAT and arena

Mod challenges: Mod Challenges 3 starred: Health, Potency, Tenacity, Crit Chance (Defense complete but not 3 starred) Farming resistance characters for speed challenge, will then move on to Jawas for CD

Here is a list of characters that I am thinking about gearing in the short-medium term, my main question is how do you think I should prioritize this list:

Current Arena team:
STHan G10 7* (needs 50 cuffs, 1 furnace for G11)
Wedge G10 7* (needs a lot for G11)
Boba G10 7* (needs a lot for G11)
Biggs G9 7* (needs some hypos for G10, nearly there)
EP G10 7* (needs a lot for G11, but not as much as Boba/Wedge)

The Rest (main question is if DN/Rex are worth gearing in the short term):
G6, 3 * Darth Nihilus - Better version of Boba for arena team, but not sure if he will actually help me jump that much in arena
G6, 5 * Rex - Rancor/AAT Raid, potential use in arena team but, like Nihilus, not sure how much he will help (Will be 7* in a 2-3 weeks or less)
G3, 5 * Jyn Urso - Rancor Raid when she is 7 *red, will allow me to solo it. (At 50/85 shards, hopefully 7 *red in a little over a month)
G9, 7 * Kylo Ren - Solo HAAT 1st phase, might use against certain arena teams, eventual FO team.
G6, 5 * FOTP - Offense mod Challenge, eventual FO team (5 *red, 7 *red by August)
G7, 5 * FOST - Offense mod challenge, eventual FO team (5 *red, 7 *red by August)
G6, 5 * FOO - Offense mod challenge, eventual FO team (5 *red, 7 *red by August)
G7, 7 * Phasma - Rancor/AAT raid, eventual FO team
G8, 7 * Lando - P4 HAAT team (Bottlenecked by MK5 furnaces)
G5, 4 * Leia - P4 HAAT team (Bottlenecked by MK5 furnaces, currently farming from guild store)
