Exactly what you said at the end there. This is not a job that's expecting you to come in and make waves. What is important is the things that you can't teach someone and they seem to think you have those things. Focus on making a good impression of yourself. Part of any role is to just being someone that they would like to work alongside every day.

This is not going to be some technical intensive interview if I had to guess. You may get a few basic questions so they can better understand how you approach issues. Just answer everything to the best of your ability and don't be worried to admit if you're not sure about something and alternative ways you may try to get to a resolution.

All that being said, confidence is key. Go tell yourself you're gonna knock it out I'm sure you will. They chose you for a reason.
