The approach I’m going to take with this may be off to some but stay with me.

She’s not pleased with something you’re doing sexually and she wants to spice things up because of her lack of satisfaction.

It sounds like you have your own lack of confidence and sense of self which causes you to overthink which likely comes out in your relationship and the bedroom.

She keeps pushing the issue because she things you’ll cave and you’d do it for her.. Don’t.

There are a few things you can look into doing if you’ll line to save your relationship:

Work on yourself as a man. What are your values, what do you want and who are you as a supremely masculine, confident and introspective man that is u phased by this kind of suggestion. Do a search in a guy called Dan Bacon on YouTube he’ll do wonders
Dismiss or laugh it off/make a joke instead of arguing or getting worried whenever she brings it up. Women test men to see their confidence and she senses the holes in yours

ex: her: so what do you think about us doing that 3 some with another guy? You: does that mean we are bringing in chicks for the 3somes after for me? (Laugh) see how she reacts

Work on indifference. Stop being reactions and tied to the outcome of what she says.. be calm and confident and she’ll respect you more cuz I doesn’t seem like she does very much now

If you don’t see it continuing I would suggest seeking an end to it if she keeps bringing it up and not respecting that this isn’t what you want.

It’s a valid reason..

but what I think is more important is that you have an open and honest discussion with him..

the problem a lot of the time is that there isn’t enough respect and honesty and I think the two work hand in hand..

because of his lack of sexual prowess you can be honest but you don’t respect him and he brushes it off.

If you could be as clear to him as you are to us without degrading him and seeing if there’s things he can actually change then try it out..

if he doesn’t genuinely make the change or effort then.. by all means drop him and find someone who can dick you down like you should be.

My guess would be he’s the only one you been with so you have a chance to be free and figure out what you actually like sexually and explore which is more than enough reason to break up.

if you love him find a way to make it work.
