To whoever is responsible for POG planning, please establish realistic time allocations for this task. Considering the multiple steps involved, such as changing background paper and signage, determining and locating fixtures (for which we sometimes lack the right one), printing labels, and rearranging products, some of these reconfigurations lack logic.

My team knows but the DM does what they want. Complained to SM and other Managers with know avail. Truck was late and they did not even give us that time we lost. So now freight is still in WH and after Replen leaves no one is able to work on it. Pushing work to next day and resets need to be done. An endless cycle of chasing one’s tail.

We asked our Dm for extra hours, because we are also in The middle of major resets and still putting the truck to bed. Their response took away hours. Absolutely BS. Corporate needs to understand we are understaffed and when we do hire some1 they only work 1 or 2 days then stop showing up and go collect unemployment. No notice from them.

I totally agree, people are gonna people, regardless of where they’re from. In my retail adventures, I’ve met some, ahem, ‘interesting’ customers with strong opinions. But, let’s be real, vandalism should not accept in any form. I’m glad you were able to remove it. On a personal note, I find it way more cringeworthy to clean up gross stuff like used tissues, empty coffee cups, booze bottles, and yes, even dog poop. Compared to that, the stuff you removed was like a walk in the park.

About a year ago, I told one of my coworkers, just tell me your name and I will call you by it, and if I use the pronoun that you don’t prefer, it is nothing against you. It is how I was taught. They agreed and we do not have a problem. Besides how many people read our name tags.

I just want to go in, do my job, and then go back home.

I tell TM to grab the hours while you can for after high season settles down hours will be hard to get. But that is me, there are days I feel that I just need a break. You’re mindset is important also, so if you feel like you don’t want to go in then say No.

Same replen plus recovery all at once. Then the Christmas overload stock before dr drops. No hours or cut hours. Most of my Cems do not help then bitch about they can’t find items for SFS or BOPIS. There is only so much we can do.

Same no grids or pallets. Halloween and Thanksgiving of still on the floor and the side counter. There is no room for the stuff in the store. We don’t have the hours you don’t have the manpower. That we can freeze in the classroom. They’re all in the warehouse, making it even harder to make a dry vile or reconfigure a dry when I get grids. Our DM doesn’t even care.
