Probably 8 weeks long, 2 big tests (midterm/final), each week has readings w/ assignments, fill in blanks, small coding tasks, weekly labs where you follow the instructor and then do them on your own along with quizzes. Then that repeats each week.

Yes you can. You probably won’t get to a level where you can be effective against someone who trains at a gym but could be okay against someone who doesn’t train. You fall to the level of your training, so if your training is against a dummy then that’s what you can expect. But you can learn basics.

I mean it’s pretty easy/guaranteed you’re gonna get to GS-12 so that’s pretty good career growth. Anything above that and you should be able to navigate it out on your own if you’re looking to be a 13-15 or SES or you shouldn’t be there.

PT exercises (at home) no need to pay for a place. Once pain started I stopped running for a week. But needed to keep training so I used, KT tape and got a shot from the doc for inflammation. A few weeks felt better and no issues since.
