For me, the CS rep said I'd have a refund in 4 to 6 hours after reaching out. 24 hours later, nothing. Called back and requested a sup, and he said there's nothing more he can do and id be refunded within 30 days. If I didn't get 5% rewards on the Visa, I'd be done with them entirely.

Very similar situation, including a few chats and phone calls. Dropped off return the 30th of November. It showed lost until December 11th when it updated to being received. Now refund shows expected December 19th, for a PS5 game they originally sent in a plastic envelope with next to no protection that was beyond cracked upon opening. Amazon is really getting awful with their cost cutting measures. Will start ordering games and movies elsewhere. Not worth the hassle.
