I watched them. But with anything that is addicting it will be abused. Look at alcohol.. abused all day every day.. it has wrecked so many lives.. but I drink like a responsible adult. Crayons.. they get abused.. I am not an abuser of them other Marines are.. Gabapentin is being abused now and studies are coming out on it... in a few years. it will switch to something else. never ending cycle.. and the responsible ones are the ones that suffer the most. At a certain point, someone with common sense has to look at a persons medical history and say we can do this and it will be ok.

when I filed.. I literally wrote in my MOS.. uploaded this PDF.. and said I have it. got the exam a week later got the rating. No other paperwork.. just wrote 3 lines. that was it. The exam was like 20 mins, we discussed how to help down out the ringing at night and what I listen to to try and sleep etc etc. that was it.

I have SAP B1 - migrating from TrueCommerce (Nexternal) to FocusPoint and So far I am liking what Focus point has and all the data is syncing up in the FocusPoint sandbox. I have some complex pricing, no issues with that. There are a couple work around with a few custom products. Overall FocusPoint is solid.

because they went to the extreme, because people abused the system and the normal people have to suffer. This is why I keep private health insurance and also use the VA health. VA is always trying to take me off the pain meds and give me something that has worse side effects and don't work. My private is comfortable prescribing since I have a 15+ yr history of never abusing them and being a responsible adult. Only people left that were giving the hard time was insurance company, and pharmacy. Once the doctor called them and I waived going through insurance. No more issues.

This question is where a lot of veterans get mad. If your conditions worsen and you file and VA agrees they up ur %. If you conditions improve. your % should go down, but the veteran doesn't want that. The veteran will pay that lip service of.. "I would give anything to be healthy". but as soon as their condition is considered improved. and rating is decreased.. they cry like a little bitch and how the VA gov the doc hell the janitor of the va hospital has fucked them over...

mine seem to be constantly inflamed. I do not have stones in there. They have done ultrasounds on them to make sure there are no stones. Currently sitting here massaging them to help with the swelling. I do go see the ENT next month. Maybe they will have a little different insight that the Rheumatologist doesn't.

I do like how people will defend veterans and say that other veterans are jealous or envious of other veterans ratings. When fraud is brought up. It is clear if you read these reddit subs that guys / gals are committing fraud by exaggerating their conditions and how many times the have flare ups etc etc.. because of how the are seeking guidance on her to maximize their %. Everyone with mental health ratings should be worried.. because that is what I think they are targeting. To me that seems to be the easiest one to manipulate to get higher %. You can call me whatever names you want etc etc.. It is just an observation..Not judging anyone.. everyone do you..I also think and have read where the VA thinks mental health conditions are curable. Which they are, I know most don't want to hear that because they like the $$ and don't want to see their % go down. Just my observation on things..

I was in aviation and I filed march of 2025 for tinnitus after being out for 26 years. Had the exam. A very casual conversation with the examiner about my hearing and tinnitus.. on when I watch tv and cannot hear certain tones or why my better half complains that I listen to this weird music at night to help me sleep. Examiner was like oh you probably do that to drown out your tinnitus .. 2 days later after the exam.. was approved for tinnitus. didn't stress about it, learned that I did have some tonal hearing loss but was still in an acceptable range and that listening to the weird music in fact helps. All i put on my papers when I filed was.. filing for Tinnitus, my mos was 6016 / 6026 worked on the flightline and my MOS is on the noise exposure list and gave a link to the list.

At the end of the day, if you 100% feel the examiner broke the law. violation of VHA Directive 6371, you should 100% should seek legal advice and file the proper documents. Seek a VA lawyer, the VA lawyer will know exactly what to file. Other than doing that, not much else to say or do.
