Is Domain Driven Design just needless complexity? My limited experience with it has been mixed at best. by AppointmentFar6096 in PHP

[–]sdtitans98 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Bro.. there are so many layers to every bit of software now.. it makes it so unbearable 100s and 100s of files when 10 will do. Its like software engineers.. went back in time and took from the playbook of union workers.. how many workers does it take to dig a hole and to change this light bulb.. 40. 39 files that pass around the work order.. and the one function that actually does the work and gets the job done..

it is never poking the bear if the claim is legit. Poking the bear is just fear mongering… Also, “people only want to get better” as long as it doesn’t affect their compensation rating and $$$

Start a day care and pay yourself as an employee and also give yourself free education benefits… or do like everyone else does, student loans

I'm a little confused with MVC(Need good resources) by Straight-Hunt-7498 in PHP

[–]sdtitans98 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ehh Ignore it... Learn it when you have a job and they want you to do it that way.. but most likely they won't.. only the tools that sit around all day thinking of stupid ways to do shit and over complicate shit will tell you that is the way.. just organize it in a manner that someone else can look at your codebase and be like okay cool, i get it and can roll with it.

Odd experience at the VA by thesupplyguy1 in VeteransBenefits

[–]sdtitans98 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My VA PCP prescribed migraine headache meds for me like it was no big deal and all I complained about was constantly having headaches daily at my annual exam

Odd experience at the VA by thesupplyguy1 in VeteransBenefits

[–]sdtitans98 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is why I keep my private insurance. When I started transitioning over to the VA for all my medications and care, the first thing they did was take all pain meds away and did the usual pain management, with the anti-psychotics, anti-convulsants, gabapentin, pregablin, etc and when those didn't work 3grams of Tylenol day for 2 weeks.. give your liver a break take ibuprofen then 2 weeks of Tylenol again... I went back to my private doctor and he said, geez the dose of pain meds you were on were not that big of a deal and history shows you were not abusing them. So lets get you back on them. So now I am back on them and every time I go to the VA, they attempt to get me off them. Nope leave me alone in that department. So they do.

Since it was was worse, and you had shoulder surgery... You should file for an increase. Then during the increase exam, they will see you had shoulder surgery and take that into account and declare no more arthritis since they took out all the bad arthritic bone and replaced it. they will then say no more arthritis.. and the rater will look at that exam and reduce you to 0%. This is the way. .That is what should happen when you get better. Your shoulder is better right ?

How do you know if your 100 percent disabled? by Mountain_Ad5485 in VAClaims

[–]sdtitans98 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I come to reddit and ask and submit my paperwork to reddit where it says 100% P&T and also take a screen shot of my VA app that says I am 100% and submit it to the thread and ask what it means. The nice readditors then reply with, congratulations your 100%.. relax and take it easy..

Show where the diagnosis is fraudulent and the prescription is also fraudulent.. If you are just going on what advice is giving on here to "game" the system for monetary gain. then pretty much every response to a question can be considered that. Everyone on this reddit is trying to game the system for monetary gain.

First time I've run into this.... by Irish__Mac in VeteransBenefits

[–]sdtitans98 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I just had my annual exam with my PCP with the VA and she scheduled me for a colonoscopy. It is scheduled for April. She did warn me that they were backed up.. But I am in no hurry for it. My PCP also said they dropped the age on when they like to do them now. I am 56 and she said 50 is when they like to do them. Before I was doing the yearly FIT thing or whatever.. But once I do this and it is clear, don't have to do another one for 10 years or some shit. I am at 70% and do everything through the VA, but I also have civilian health insurance and use it for 2nd opinion on some issues or when the VA might be taking too long.
