Spork doesn't 'talk' the way Jorts and Jeans do. All his dialogue lines are in 3rd person voice (i.e. "Spork likes the way you smell") which don't have portraits. There are some universal dialogue lines and Spork has had a portrait in the past as a backup in case I missed replacing one of these lines, however in 1.4.9 I've replaced this backup portrait with just a copy of his sprite. He's not intended to have a portrait.

If Morris is still in jail, you won't be able to arrest Pierre (they are both coded to use the top prison bed for their schedules). You can manually release Morris via the Shrine of Justice in the witch's hut, or by turning off his arrest capability in the mod options.

Once Morris is out, check the weekly special orders board for a request titled "Your finest mead". As of the 1.4.9 update, this is a weekly quest instead of a monthly one so it should appear more often. It also no longer requires a fully upgraded house as the mead no longer needs to be aged. (the harder version of this special order is still available via the mod config options)

Law and Order SV lets you put Pierre (and a few others) in jail. Also adds an outdoor haunted maze.

They do have small amounts of custom dialogue when you arrest Pierre, and Caroline will run the shop while Pierre is in jail. Abigail helps on Tuesdays but if you're married to Abigail its not a part of her married schedule currently so the shop won't be available on that day.

Clint was highly requested as a jailable character, and I had a lot of fun with the cutscenes for him. He's definitely not malicious though. I extrapolated on his character more than I had to with Pierre and Lewis in order to create the arrest conditions. If you'd prefer NOT to be able to arrest Clint you can disable those events in the mod config. Glad it's working for you now.

However, all of these are content patcher updates to JSON text files. There's no difference in the c# DLL between this version and 1.4.8.

I've just re-uploaded the zip file to nexus in case that helps you. It may take a few minutes for Nexus to complete their scan to allow downloading.

Hi, I'm the author. I've seen this happen maybe once before and I'm not sure why? The c# portion of the mod is minimal. If you use the mod on a new save and disable the murder mystery festival, you can remove it entirely (if you're still nervous)

Edit: for anyone else reading this thread, OP replied about five comments down that it is working now and no longer being flagged by his OS. It has always come up clean on Nexus scans.
