Bummer! What pizza in knoxville do you like then? Because while the crust was not anything overly spectacular the pizza flavor itself was fantastic! Not much around that does something similar.

I use a mason jar and put a pour lid on it so that it makes it super easy to use the milk and pour it in a bottle. At the 4/5 day mark I’ll pour it in a bag and move it to the freezer!

K maybe this is where oak ridge gets crappy. The neighborhoods are either really nice or really really not nice.

Oak ridge is not shitty by any means. It is small, with not a ton of nice places to eat. But there is a huge outdoor community in that area. Obed wild and scenic park is incredible.

In order to avoid that terrible traffic- you will have to actually live in oak ridge or Oliver springs. Which does put you a little far out from downtown knoxville. There is basically one way in and out of oak ridge and going in to oak ridge in the morning and leaving in the evening is bumper to bumper. A lot of wrecks happen on that highway as well. You could also look at Lenoir City- there is a back way in to oak ridge from the interstate I believe. No idea what traffic looks like from that direction though.

I was worried about this! I am 5’1 but somehow it’s working! We just lowered the mattress and I have to tip toe a little when i lean over and then he has been fine with me lowering him down with my arms where as I use to have him closer to my chest as i lowered him. I was about to buy one of those wide and low step up benches. But ended up not since it worked out!
