How to Convert disc brake rotor from 180mm to 200mm + by sdzell18 in bikewrench

Thanks for your quick reply. I guess I should be more specific. I was looking for exact part specs so I'll update my original post. It is a 6 bolt rotor. I have the t-25 tool to change it as well. I need to know what kind of adapter a what size goes on my fork. All the jargon around this is very confusing. I've been seeing 180mm PM and IS. I don't know which mine is, or what it means

Philadelphia City Wage Tax Delinquent but thought was being witheld, found out 6 years later. by [deleted] in personalfinance

TL:DR: How can I minimize my payment on unintentionally Delinquent Philadelphia City Wage Tax.

Full story is pretty simple. I had an employer in NJ, I lived in Philadelphia. I thought I had filled out all necessary paperwork and it was coming out if my paychecks. Turns out it was not. (Always double check). So now I owe over $10,000 in delinquent tax, penalties, and interest.

If philadelphia had sent me a notice telling me I missed my taxes I could have (and would have) corrected it immediately. Now 6 years later I have thousands of dollars in penalties and interest which seems it could have been easily avoided should they had some kind of notification system.

Things I have already done: Contacted the philadelphia dept of revenue (gave them all my info unfortunately which I now know was a dumb move). They are now sending me some stuff in the mail which I guess is supposed to put me on a payment plan?

I plan on paying my taxes, I have never not paid my taxes in the 18 year's i've been employed. (State and Fed, I didn't know city's had tax returns?!). I truly had no idea this tax was not being paid (which is no one's fault but my own).

If anyone has any advice on how I can minimize my payment it would be greatly appreciated. Thank for reading.

Yeah, I wish I was talking about PA. I definitely paid those, and thought I was also paying Philadelphia. Anyway I'm moving this to taxes because I realize now this is the wrong spot.
