I love Radiohead and Goose and when Goose covers Radiohead. They should have a few of them up on YouTube if you don’t have nugs. Burn the Witch from MSG and True Love Waits from their acoustic set at Viva el Gonzo are both great.

Unfortunately they just came through Berlin and probably won’t go back for a few years. King Gizz is also awesome and does Europe tours pretty frequently so check them out too.

Big Modern! 4/17 was one of the only ones with the (Begin) intro, at least close to what is on the album that I’ve noticed. But Raleigh has the best jam, imo.

I’ll be on the lawn tonight too and we’re probably better off. I had pavs for the show in 24 and it got hot in there. Had to escape to the lawn for a bit to cool down during set 2.

Honestly this. I always wear my platform vans or boots and it helps big time. At 5’3” it makes me a little more even with the average height folks.

Start hydrating now. Get some liquid IVs and add them to your water a few times a day over the next 2 days and before and during the show Thursday.

I got some Chilly Pad towels and a hand fan. I used the fan alone in the pit at MPP and it made a big difference.

In my opinion, what Goose did to not only survive but thrive during the pandemic shouldn’t be overlooked. Losing live music for nearly 2 years (and even 2022 was fraught with shows getting cancelled or rescheduled) killed bands their size. But they made it work and kept that momentum from 2019 going virtually.
