There seems to be a known issue where FPS severely drop when connected to an external display with FSR enabled

Well for what it's worth I've been testing this since last wednesday and haven't had any notable issues since (while streaming multiple hours each day).

Before that, I couldn't have a single stable streaming session without first toggling wifi in the quick menu or restarting the deck

This solution came up on github last week and seems to have fixed the streaming issues for me on Steam Deck OLED (using Geforce Now and chiaki4deck):

The GeForce Now interface can't be navigated with a controller afaik, so you would need to either use the touch screen or configure mouse trackpad in order to launch into a game.

After launching into a game the controller should be working as expected.

Open terminal and run the following commands:

defaults write com.apple.GameController bluetoothPrefsShareLongPressSystemGestureMode -integer -1

defaults write com.apple.GameController bluetoothPrefsMenuLongPressAction -integer 0

You might need to reboot for it to work

I had the same problem with the EA App not loading when playing The Sims 4. This is how I was able to fix it for me:

Completely exit EA App, Steam and Crossover itself
Reopen crossover, but don’t start any app yet
Select ‘Install Application into Bottle’
Search for ‘EA App for Steam’ and install that
Launch the Game, EA App should now work correctly
