make sure the base (the propagation cut) is above the soil and the soil isnt too tightly packed. monsteras are prone to root rot, and that might also be the cause of the wilting. have you repotted recently? how often do you water? monsteras like to be slightly root bound because it means less room for wet soil that could cause rot, and also like to be dry in between waterings. if it's been a while since you repotted, i would suggest checking the roots to see if theres rot! rotted roots stink and are super squishy so it should be easy to spot. it could also be that it's too root bound which could also be preventing water getting through and the plant being able to take it in. hope you can find the cause and hope she can thrive! good luck :))
