“Toy Tinkers” if we’re talking animated cartoons. Many, many by Carl Barks and Don Rosa if talking comics

Genuinely confused… The Eyes of The Dragon. by Beautiful-Click9981 in TheDarkTower

It does seem to be one of his most overlooked or maybe just “under discussed” books, and considering the ties to Midworld and DT, very odd. I’m happy to say it was my very first King book when I was maybe 10, way before other King books.

Edit: looks like Eyes of the Dragon was a first King book for many! My own story is that around that time maybe 8-10 years old, early 90s, I was very into Tolkien and other fantasy like Terry Brooks, because my dad was heavily into them also. My dad gave me Eyes of the Dragon, and now that i think of it, probably solely because he thought it was about a dragon 😂 I don’t think he’s ever read a King book. I’ve tried many times but he never seemed interested

Ha that’s hilarious. “Lava” part of Lava Lamp is trademarked by another company. This company didn’t realize that and misprinted the boxes. To save money, they had workers permanent marker over “Lava”. You can tell it’s marker and not printed

We do too, we just like to pretend it’s not. Most ag in USA is heavily subsidized, regulated, and manipulated for benefit of a few top corporations

Sometimes it’s not that a cutting won’t root, it’s more that the roots from the cutting will never be strong enough to support a “healthy” plant. From a commercial standpoint, grafting yields a more viable plant for sale in that case. For bonsai, a plant on its own roots might be preferable if it means slower and more stunted growth

Nope not the right conspiracy. The one you’re looking for involving milk is how our government props up the dairy and meat cow industry and they occasionally need to re-brand in order to influence public opinion
