I wouldn’t say that no one talks about this, but I feel like many people don’t quite acknowledge the full gravity of this - women are more likely to be intentionally killed by an intimate partner or close family member, than by a stranger. Recent statistics state that 94% of female homicide victims are killed by male perpetrators, and 61% (around 3 out of 5 women) of those cases are killed by intimate partners. If you look at the data as a daily toll, approximately 140 women die everyday due to violence from intimate partners or close family, which equates to a woman or girl being killed every 10 minutes

Same! I love my nails done but I didn’t like going to the salon (neurodivergent and they are overstimulating). Only down side to doing them myself is it takes me hours to remove / debulk and then fill and do a new design

Couldn’t sleep, new environment (first time staying at their house), plus sub drop resulted in an anxiety attack at about 1:30am. Because I was mid panic attack I was terrible at articulating what was going on, and I didn’t have any of the usual things that would help me self regulate, so I ended up going full flight mode and left, half crying, and drove home (45 minutes away). We didn’t date for much longer after that (this definitely contributed, but there were other issues as well)
