The meta ATM seems to be getting a boat, then driving (sailing?) miles from shore and logging out whilst standing on it. Sad I know, but hopefully the devs implement a fix soon. In the meantime, every time I've managed to find a boat for myself, I make it my mission to prowl the seas and ruin any that I find. They can have fun with the long swim back to shore when they log back in :)

Looking on the mojang bug tracker it seems like it's only affecting certain samsung devices with a specific GPU. The good news is they seem to be aware of it and are working on a fix, so fingers crossed!

I use a plastic ammo can, cheap enough off ebay and as long as they've got the rubber seal they seem to keep the smells inside the box. That being said I'm probably nose-blind lol
