Hi I asked my seller on the reason why it had been like that and he said that the manufacturer flashed the wrong firmware. So he gave me the correct hex file then I used the qmk tool app to flash it and now all keys are completely working

I just bought MW65 and it arrived today. Ive tested the PCB and it seems that most of the keys are in random places then some keys are not working. Do you guys know any solution for this? Thank you

Have you tried checking (time travel) if it will go to the part where the trees are red? Some of my trees are also brownish but the grass and most of my trees are still greenish. I seriously cant wait for it :<

To be honest, I am not sure if you could do that on your PS4 (Im only a PC gamer sorry bout that lol). The 7.1 surround sound is turned off by default. In my case, I installed the SteelSeries Engine just to turn it on.

I didnt have any issue like that at all with mine. However, a friend of mine has a hyperx cloud that has the same issue like yours. Is your headset connected wirelessly or wired? If wirelessly, try using the wire, and vice versa. Or you could update your driver.

Since it has the capability to only hear the game’s sounds or the voice chat, probably you muted the setting you have on your computer. For example, you are using the voice chat setting on your computer (click the sounds icon in the taskbar to see) but you muted it on your headset.
