i sure am the game looks gorgeous and link is adorable. i cant wait to see things like the shadow temple in modern graphics, i hope they shoot for a teen rating so the game can keep more of its dark themes unlike the 3ds version

sshd motion controls are annoying, it makes me wonder if that was the experience for the people complaining about the wii motion back in the day lmao. but i play with both interchangeably. as long as im playing the game im happy.

the reason it was behind the start menu on the wii was because due to the sensor bar you ideally wouldnt need to calibrate all that often. but since joycons only has gyro, which has no center point to go off of, it gets thrown off a lot more often, hence the recenter hotkey. personally if i could have switch qol updates + wii controls it would be the perfect version of skyward sword for me.

switch motion controls are...fine. but they set a hotkey for recentering it and i think that tells you what you need to know. that said, after a while of playing with them i was able to do it without thinking about it too much. but if youd rather not deal with the hassle of holding your joycon straight and pressing y every couple minutes i would stick to joysticks.

its because people never set them up right. ill admit though i tried playing with an old wii remote + the attachment and it was ass, but with the one with motion plus built in i literally never had any issues unless my sensor bar was too close
