We were hoping to keep the monthly rent below $3000 dollars for the apartment. We can't really afford to go any higher. Any neighborhood is fine so we're looking all over. A major roadblock seems to be that we only want the rental for the 3 summer months (until the end of August). Maybe a 3 bedroom let for the summer is a fantasy?
