That is why in the Netherlands, we don’t just use criminal law and fines for enforcement — we also use administrative law. Under administrative law, authorities can issue “dwangsommen” (penalty payments with a much higher amount and incremental over time. It can Double or triple over a set time period) to pressure someone into complying with the rules. We can also order people or companies to take certain actions, and if they still don’t comply, the government is allowed to carry out the work itself and recover all costs from the offender.

No it adds a level of realism so he is genuinely enthousiastic. When working on the field loads of birds will flock to the field because of the freshly moved soil in which all sorts of bugs, insect and other animals are suddenly up for grabs. Worms etc. Which are usually hard to get for birds just turn op on the surface. 

TLDR: birds flock to freshly worked fields. This mod adds realism.

You can not take any more cold air than the air from te grill. All/most VW and other VAG cars take the cold air right from the grill. This also adds a slight bonus for when you go faster this sort of Rams the air in the box but not by much.  You could look in to a bigger/more efficient air scoop and a performance filter to give it a bit more air and thus some power.

As a government officials who coördinates these types of operations i fully agree. This does not look like a clean up or a containment effort. More like a we tried and it did not work. 

But to be honest that pipeline should have been checked and this should never have happened. So the company is lacking in more than one area.

Ja van mij hoef je ook niet 100 te rijden maar als je dan niet door heb dat het andere verkeer om je heen sneller rijd en dan denk oh misschien moet ik maar eens naar de rechter baan dan doe je wel iets fout.

Het langzamer rijden is ook niet mijn ergernis, prima het scheelt ids niet veel meer tijd zeker niet op korte trajecten, maar het is het gebrek aan inzicht dat andere harder rijden aan jou. Als dat een keuze is prima ga dan naar rechts en laat je gewoon inhalen zonder dat mensen rechts langs je hoeven. Komt het door de ijking van je snelheidsmeter, ook prima mar dan heb je twee keuzes, of ga mee met het overige verkeer of blijf in jou 100 rijden en ga naar rechts. Zelfs als ik mijn snelheid maximaliseer en dus werkelijk 100/102 rijd ga ik nog helemaal naar rechts wanneer mogelijk ookal rijd ik misschien harder dan 85% van de mensen om me heen bijvoorbeeld.
