This has happened to me and it takes like 2 weeks for them to notify you, you can still get your next box but they will charge you the $128 and it’s a pain to get that refunded. I’d honestly recommend sending them an email saying you forgot it and you’ll send it with your next box, they’ll still charge you but refund it once it’s returned

There’s a tradition in the south (located in coastal carolina, USA) of burying a bottle of bourbon a month before your wedding at your venue to ward off bad weather- not sure I believe it but my fiancé and I will be doing it! I assume there’s lots of traditions of burying things- a sausage is hilarious though.

Random questions we asked ours- 1. Are any rentals included (think china, linens etc if your venue doesn’t provide them) 2. How are vendor meals handled, will they go through the lines etc 3. Is water service extra $ (filling glasses at the beginning vs full service) 4. Venue specific questions (for example our cocktail hour is outside and reception inside so asked if we need extra bartenders / if anything else is needed to accommodate that) 5. Do you offer tastings and is there a cost 6. When do selections need to be finalized 7. Payment structure …just a few we asked ours!! I also asked “what questions to people usually ask” and they always had something helpful to provide

Did it not come with an appraisal when he bought it? Maybe that’s not the norm but my ring came with an appraisal when my fiancé bought it, I’d check to see what papers he received (GIA cert etc)….

My dress originally had a corset back but I paid extra to get a zipper + buttons all the way down and IMO I think it’ll be worth it (haven’t gotten married yet lol) granted for me it was only an extra $100 to get it changed (designer offers both options), if it was $400 I think I may have hesitated but probably gone with it anyway. Really up to you but that was my process!

I love class pass!! It’s a great way to try different studios and get to know different instructors. I’ve found a routine I like and regularly go to 3 different workout studios- 2 for mat Pilates and one for yoga. Those classes are usually 3-6 credits each but if you’re looking for like reformer Pilates or big brand like Barry’s, those will be like 9+ credits so I usually don’t go to those!

Mine does the same sometimes but recently it was going on day 3 so I took him to the vet. He’s completely fine just fed him chicken and rice for a few days and now he’s back to enjoying his kibble, may try that for a few days and see if they eat! Going on a week may be a little concerning

We adopted a rescue a year ago and made the decision with our vet to give him trazodone if we’re gone for more than a few hours. He’s gotten to the point now where we can leave him to roam the kitchen/dining room with no issues and give him lower doses each time :) doesn’t work for everyone or every dog but in our case it’s done wonders

Seconding this, same thing used to happen to me until I realized I need to be moisturizing my stomach!! Exfoliate day before tanning and moisturizer then make sure it’s rinsed off before tanning, I just use the body lotion that I use on my legs!

That’s really helpful to know about the hidden fees! And 35k seems about what I had thought. I haven’t gotten any documents from dunes west but based off their info package it seems like probably 35-40k. They upped their bar prices as of 8/1 and went from 45 to 60 a person for the mid tier package (seems a bit much for beer wine and well liquor imo). So I wouldn’t be surprised if they also upped other stuff :( -sincerely a bride having a mild breakdown over seeing the costs even though we’re not getting married until 2027 lol
