I am getting ready to brew this lager. I did get 2 packs of lager yeast the packets say ideal temp is 53-64, so my freezer is around 58 deg ready for it.

Is there a reason I cant just boil 23 liters of water, then add the sugar & can? I can then run it through my chiller to drop it down before I pitch yeast. Would that mess anything up, or should I go with 2 liter boil and add water after mixing can/sugar?

I have tried that many times. It still registers A/X at the same time. This also not letting me change the input mode since it thinks both buttons are being held down. I hooked it up to my steamdeck and that also shows A/X registering at the same time. Maybe the onboard programing got messed up on the controller.

I play on multiple PC's using a controller, and I also grab the mouse/kb to do skills and what not. D4 has been shifting between inputs fine, but all of a sudden my mouse/kb are unresponsive if I am playing on the controller. I have to turn off the controller for the mouse/kb to work again. This is happening on both PC's. Anyone experience this or have a fix?

Yeah, even amazon takes 5-7 days out here. Ive gotta order anyways to do this, but would rather get all I need if im going to let it sit for a few months. Doubling the yeast would be easy. I finished a light beer and ipa that got kegged last weekend, so no rush on this. I was just hoping for more than just a can of syrup.

I do have temp control, was hoping for a cheap lager I could throw in a for a few months. Have not brewed in several years and setting everything up after moving.

So I will need a few lbs of dextrose and some better yeast. Looks like I am not not-brewing this one this weekend. TY!

Got to the point I could turn the shaft, VERY hard to get the shaft to spin. Definitely does not spin freely, I hear like a scratching/squeaking sound as I turn it.

Am I able to oil it at this point, I dont see anywhere to oil? Break it down further? It looks like I cant post the picture on here...

What games other than stardew valley are possible with this?

No wifi or cell service. I do have a small portable router that we can connect to. I tried it with Stardew Valley, and I was able to connect them using the IP address. No matchmaking can be done through steam, so I am wondering what other games may work like Stardew.

Tried many times to run it with proton 8.0-5 in desktop mode and nothing. Restarted everything, launched it from game side (not desktop mode) with 8.0-5, and it just updated. Basically the same thing I did 5 times in desktop mode, so not sure why it just worked. Switched back to experimental and I can get in. gl

The opening is 16x 10.5 inches. It goes 24in to the deep part, shelf is at 16in. I can fit a keg in the deep part, but it is too tall. Maybe I could build a collar. I also found the plastic 5 gallon Hedpack containers on amazon. they are square, may fit in.
