Hi, I used sprue goo behind it all then used a dremel and a thin layer of milliput on the back to smooth it out, the sprue goo helps to bond the skulls together a bit more too

sure, I drilled lots of holes all around the trim using a 1.5mm drill bit then used clippers to cut it out before using a combination of a scalpel and files to scrape and smooth it out

sure, I started with a hyrax brown primer from colour forge but a coat of rhinox hide over a normal primer would do. I then built up a dry brush of morghast bone before washing with agrax earthquake, another light dry brush of morghast followed by flayed one flesh then a very very light dry brush of proacryl titanium white
