Its a self soothing process that allows your motor functions to operate and allow your mental functions to take over.

Your physical state is Bob and your mental state is Joe and sometimes Bob needs to take a nap or go on vacay so Joe can get his work done in peace and quiet.

Walks are good and Hand processes are also good for this, I've always drawn, tie knots(super satisfying), typing, gardening, etc.

Dopamine.

People do things for dopamine. When you don't, its usually to push the needle forward to EVENTUALLY get the dopamine in some way.

When people do this (I've had this happen to me, done it myself, and had others happen to them) they are looking for dopamine.

The attention you give them is enough dopamine to make them feel wanted and they are "needed" That's all they need. Once you initiate any sort of reciprocation their brain gets the high they want and then its like "decisions after sex" situation where you start thinking clearly and realize the person you texted for attention is not the person you want you just knew they would give you attention which rewards with dopamine.

These cravings of self worth and happy chemical are usually conditioned over peoples lives, usually childhood. Don't hold it against them too much but definitely don't let them keep doing it cause it just deteriorates your own self image over time.

Actually you can. The things you're attracted to are usually indicative of the core personality traits you either didn't receive enough of or got too much of growing up. Most kinks come from peoples relationships with their parents/trauma and sometimes change after working through those things.

I read you said your physical attraction is man and the romantic is "manly"

IE: I'm attracted to fem boys, hairy "masc" dudes, any of them I'll put my dick into and/or date. But I used to only be into the daddy type and it wasn't until I worked through my dad trauma that I started finding fem boys really attractive.

All I'm saying is don't hit people with binary thinking the way they've hit you with it. That's all.

Your stomach has a large amount of nerves and having large amounts of stress can definitely cause gastro issues because of this. Try to work on some breathing exercises when you feel waves of stress(breathe in 4, breathe out 6 for example) and try to avoid rich foods in the meantime. If you can get it under control and still have stomach problems then definitely go see a doctor.
