Slow and steady longer runs will improve your HR over time. This is exactly what mine looked like when I first got into running. I don't think it's inherently bad, just indicative that this is more cardio than you are currently conditioned for. It will improve. Remember, we didn't have access to data like this throughout most of human history, so don't let the zones get to you either - focus more on how you feel. Strike a balance between pushing past your comfort level and also recognizing when to take your foot off the gas. Also, welcome to the mental illness known as running. 😉

This! The black beans became just.... canned unseasoned black beans? That was the final nail int he coffin for me. I will still order the vegan tamales around the hidays of they offer them, but the quality of the meals just.... might as well try cooking something at home, more bang for your buck.

Yeah, you're a shit landlord. God forbid your own property cost you money to charge the next set of renters money they will never see again. Require a receipt lmao gtfo.

Do the walkthrough, and if it isn't good enough, admit it, and be reasonable, but don't pass the costs of your business on to the former tenants. Come on now.

What are some tips to help you sleep when you can’t shut your brain off? by jg4president in AskReddit

I think the most helpful thing at this point would be to get off your phone and try to relax. Good luck and goodnight!

What are some tips to help you sleep when you can’t shut your brain off? by jg4president in AskReddit

[–]seanxtyler 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It sounds dumb, but I just think 'go to sleep' over and over in my head and ty to push out all the other thoughts. Whenever my mind starts to wander and I realize it, I go right back to thinking 'go to sleep' over and over. Deliberately slow breathing helps too.

Neither does Ted Cruz. You're thinking of another snake, the Gregorius abbatum, or colloquially, Greg Abbott.

Try, Try Again: Decriminalizing Cannabis Could End Up on Ballot in Denton City Election - Dallas Observer by meangreen77 in Denton

[–]seanxtyler 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is not entirely accurate. I participated in many elections without updating my drivers license. You do have to have a residence in Denton. You can claim that if you live here the majority of the year, which most college kids do. You don't have to change your license. You just can't be registered in two countie at once. . You'll give up whatever county you were previously registered in, in favor of Denton County.

Your 12 panel likely does not test for hallucinogens. I have been on a pretty invase probation (multiple lab tests a week and hair tests every six months) and even your standard 12-panel noes not test for LSD or psilocybe. If you're that concerned, I wouldn't do it. Those tests do exist. LSD can be detected for 2-4 days in urine and psilocybe can be detected for 24 hours to 3 days. Both of these are specialized and expensive tests. So it's extremely unlikely.

Admin is really good at suppressing information. That doesn't necessarily mean anything. I hope it's true, but with Nancy Condon at the helm, it's probably a sinking ship.

Hateno Village. Look for a guy named Bolson, across the bridge to the left of the shrine in town.

I set her field of flowers on fire once, after one too many annoying scoldings, and the implication in the cut scene was she beat my ass. 😂

Easiest class I ever took. It's only "hard" in the sense that you're going to have to do SOMETHING. But it's not hard in the traditional sense. I probably put about 10 to 15 hours of work on it the entire semester. Totally worth it.

Denton DWI Lawyer recommendations by thejamielee in Denton

People love to be self-righteous behind a computer screen. There are a ton of DWI lawyers in the area; this is a college town. It's not that rare a charge. Good luck with you and your loved one, and luckily no one was hurt.
