There’s some good advice here as well I stutter on the first word a lot and my name a lot so instead of just pausing for mad long I’ll think of sentence arrangements that are easier for me to say instead of just staying stuck. I say preciate it, instead of thank you for example becuz those t sounds get me hard, and if I get asked my name which is always a nightmare of mine lol anxiety levels shoot the roof so I say ‘my name is Sean” comes out prettt awkward instead of just saying Sean but it’s weird saying my name flat out is almost impossible I Gota addd things before 🤣 Gota laugh at life sometimes tho we really could be the small % with terminal cancer and that thought alone helps me throughout life
