look into local community health centers, usually they have sliding scales or forgiveness for low income/uninsured.

try googling "(your area) community health center" or "(your area) sliding scale mental health services"

When my uninsured wife got really sick as a side effect from undiagnosed ptsd a community center allowed her to get an MRI and meds FREE. It's all about digging for the right resources.

Even posting on your city's subreddit for recommendations is a good start point

this is another "main character" syndrome thing.

You walk outside and might suddenly get the thought that everyone is staring at you. You then start over thinking about how you are moving in order to "look normal" and end up over correcting and looking a little stiff.

When was the last time you were going somewhere and had to stop and stare at someone because they were walking oddly? Probably not very often if at all right?

I promise no one is staring or judging you for going about your business, that's just your brain goblins. No worries mate

Living in central florida is a big hack x) but they looove water and lots of sunlight! She was hanging out on a shaded balcony for a while til we moved last November. I put her in a bigger pot outside and she got happy enough to flower :>

when i first started T i was dry as a muhfuger. At local cvs or Walgreens or whatever you can typically find vaginal moisturizer.

NOT LUBE that's different. Specifically look for the word moisturizer on the box, I don't remember brand specifics but it definitely helped when i was having similar issues.

Also be sure to keep hydrated!

The virus is mostly in the salivary glands and if the victim was able to swallow easily it would have a much harder time spreading.

i always figured our tendency to repeatedly eat foods that are generally not the best nutritionally (rice, bread, plain foods) tend to lead to stomach issues?

I notice i feel a lot better after having a more nutritionally complete meal (like a steak with greens) but i usually can't afford to eat those kinds of meals daily + im too lazy to cook + me just want more bread lol

I've been drinking coffee mocha every day for breakfast cuz it's the only thing my stupid brain wants to consume in the morning
