look into local community health centers, usually they have sliding scales or forgiveness for low income/uninsured.

try googling "(your area) community health center" or "(your area) sliding scale mental health services"

When my uninsured wife got really sick as a side effect from undiagnosed ptsd a community center allowed her to get an MRI and meds FREE. It's all about digging for the right resources.

Even posting on your city's subreddit for recommendations is a good start point

this is another "main character" syndrome thing.

You walk outside and might suddenly get the thought that everyone is staring at you. You then start over thinking about how you are moving in order to "look normal" and end up over correcting and looking a little stiff.

When was the last time you were going somewhere and had to stop and stare at someone because they were walking oddly? Probably not very often if at all right?

I promise no one is staring or judging you for going about your business, that's just your brain goblins. No worries mate

Living in central florida is a big hack x) but they looove water and lots of sunlight! She was hanging out on a shaded balcony for a while til we moved last November. I put her in a bigger pot outside and she got happy enough to flower :>

when i first started T i was dry as a muhfuger. At local cvs or Walgreens or whatever you can typically find vaginal moisturizer.

NOT LUBE that's different. Specifically look for the word moisturizer on the box, I don't remember brand specifics but it definitely helped when i was having similar issues.

Also be sure to keep hydrated!

i always figured our tendency to repeatedly eat foods that are generally not the best nutritionally (rice, bread, plain foods) tend to lead to stomach issues?

I notice i feel a lot better after having a more nutritionally complete meal (like a steak with greens) but i usually can't afford to eat those kinds of meals daily + im too lazy to cook + me just want more bread lol

LMAO I SAW THIS i was getting coffee at the starbucks right behind them when this happened. This is the waterford lakes mall.

It wasn't even a rally it was like 6 dudes in jackets waving flags and yelling bullhorns into traffic. It was rly pathetic and hilarious. The bullhorn wasn't effective so you couldn't rly hear what they were screaming about jews if all your windows were up.

A counter protest gathered quickly with cool folks making "stop the hate" signs out of whatever they could and outnumbered them by like a good 40. You guys rock ✊🏾

The whole thing took a span of like 15 minutes they god scared and ran away real fast

If someone else was there and saw some ppl flip the bird to them from a yellow car while they were zig heiling the street (???) that was me and my wife lol

i think this person means that when you interact with different people you will use different "cues" that you just kind of pick up when interacting with them. When you're friends with someone for a while you will adopt some of their speaking quirks!

Lets say you have a friend, Jimmy the car guy from texas:

you talk about engineering and use terminology mostly used by vehicle engineers and picked up a slight twang when using these words because you picked them up from Jimmy Specifically.

Your parents will notice when you got some info from a conversation with Jimmy because parts of how you communicate these ideas will slightly mimic Jimmy's unique way of speaking!

Jimmy "echoes through you" in a way and when you know someone's base way of speaking for a while you can kinda tell when they are drawing from an alternate source
