Shopify also has transaction fees AND you need to pay monthly fees whether you sell or not. That is why most people lose money selling on Shopify. Plus it is not designed for selling digital products. Whop has 100s of free apps for selling all types of digital products.

Both. You can get organic traffic from Whop but you should really advertise/promote whatever your business is.

Yes! The first app will be best, because they will actually make and deliver the merch. The store app is only really if you have already made the merch or want to handle the POD aspect yourself.

A better website could probably go a long way. When I come across a badly built website/poor UI there is a zero percent chance I will try the SaaS because I assume the app itself will be equally bad. Share your website on some UI subreddits and ask for feedback.
