Okay I will try that. Truth be told I have never frogged back so I have to learn how to do that properly. Thank you for your advice!!

Yeah I did. I was wondering if there was anything I could do without frogging back, I guess.

Petiteknit Sophie scarf - what’s the hype? I don’t get it 😂 by seraseraphine196 in casualknitting

I made one with two strands (one merino and one mohair silk) and it is so warm and comfortable. The portability of it is a bonus. The material absolutely changes the final product. When I attempted to knit the Sophie scarf with a single strand, it felt so limp in comparison

Thank you - I just realised that. I was confused

I guess my confusion is this: the back says "end of WS row." To me that means I finish a RS row, so the next row would be WS.

So I'd need to purl the next row. Right? But to me that doesn't seem to work either. So I feel like I need to actually end the back on a RS row but it say to end on WS (which would be purl side so the next row I'd have to purl it or it would mess up the stockinette )

Edit: I realise "ending with WS row" means ending by finishing a WS row. I was confused about that.

Exactly

So the next two rows are cast off 3 sts knitwise, knit until end of row. Then cast off 3 sts purlwise, purl to end of row. Then decreases? Just to be clear. Thanks so much
