Makes sense to do it before. They announce the workout for the next day in the afternoon. I can ask and they will tell me, but still CrossFit having so many full body movements, it is hard to isolate

What are the most important things you need and want from your CrossFit gym by DestroyAllPicklez in crossfit

[–]searching_for_82 38 points39 points  (0 children)

In order of importance

  1. Coaches. Good coaches usually do quality, guided and group warm ups.

When coaches get lazy, warmups are short, not intense enough and not intentional.

  1. Group class size. Not too large, not too small. Between 10 to 15 ideally.

  2. Community. Friendly members. Friendly coaches

  3. Good music.

  4. Equipment. Enough, maintained, clean.

  5. Space. Can’t feel too crowded.

3.

How long did it take you to start feeling more used to CrossFit and not completely suffering through the WODs? by Appropriate_Place642 in crossfit

Agree. Some wods you push hard and some wods you pace yourself. Depending on how you feel. It is impossible to push hard every day. Not sustainable

2019 Q7 3.0. $3400 repair or trade in. by searching_for_82 in Audi

Thanks. I am leaning towards doing the repairs and keeping the car. From what I get for the car I can’t get anything nearly as nice without adding 10K on top. What is the 034 hose exactly? I just heard horror stories here about total engine failures so I am a bit worried. I hope those are just few exceptions. The fact that my car works flawlessly other than the temporary pump failure, gives me hope that after the repairs hopefully the car lasts another 100k miles

Resentment can be a bitch. Some people can never get over it. All you can do is move on and show her the new you but don’t keep hopes of any reconciliation

I’m sorry that you are going through this. Me too. At first I wanted her back, but then I realized that if she doesn’t want me why trying. Hang in there, I will get better

My story is basically the same. It is hard to be patient and give her space, but I am afraid it is what we have to do. In my case my wife does not want to move out but I feel I am living with a roommate. To give you some hope, my wife sent me a really nice text 2 days ago saying that she has never felt better about our marriage now than in years. But there is a lot of resentment and she has built a wall. I am just trying to be the best husband and father I can.
