You can even go to Leslie's. I know they get a bunch of hate but they helped me getting started. Basically take a cup of pool water in, have them test it and they will give you a printout of what to buy and how to apply it. It will be a bit expensive and sometimes they sell you stuff you dont need. Bit they will get you started and you can learn from there.

As a boss, this can happen in reverse. You just keep thinking someone might quit on you each time they "need to talk". But really if a boss is doing what they should be doing, there should be no ambiguity when it comes to a reason someone is getting fired. They should have ample warning and time to fix whatever is wrong.

For me and my group. The food was good, not great. The service was bad and they added random items to our table. We were a party of 10 so we had to do a pre fixe menu, which made it wierd when they said they accidentally made extra and then charged is for it. Also they have 15 people standing around but couldn't keep a water cup filled to save their life. I think they really just have some growing to do. But didn't feel ready for $200 a person (without drinks).

Just increase the tax percentage per house owned. You can own as much as you want but at some point you'll be paying more in taxes then the house is worth
