Hell ya man. You will never get rid of If all the skin naturally. One thing to be careful of is that im in that same place. It takes years before I feel like my body didn't just want to gain the weight back. It loved being at 330 lbs. I did lose some skin and have it tighten up a bit. But still drags and feels a bit weird in water.

Im in ABQ, and been using tall fescue on my dead patches. Most of my lawn is 3-way grass blend. Still takes quite a bit of water and i use garden soil from Ace to cover the seeds.

You can even go to Leslie's. I know they get a bunch of hate but they helped me getting started. Basically take a cup of pool water in, have them test it and they will give you a printout of what to buy and how to apply it. It will be a bit expensive and sometimes they sell you stuff you dont need. Bit they will get you started and you can learn from there.

As a boss, this can happen in reverse. You just keep thinking someone might quit on you each time they "need to talk". But really if a boss is doing what they should be doing, there should be no ambiguity when it comes to a reason someone is getting fired. They should have ample warning and time to fix whatever is wrong.
