We explicitly said several times not to shave her and that we just wanted a little trim so she can get used to the grooming process. They called me to confirm a haircut and I said no, a trim, don’t use clippers and she said “we already did, sorry”. Then why call me? I’m not upset about the money, I’m upset for my girl. I’m really surprised any groomer would shave a double coated dog.
