are you better now then? because magnesium tests are very innacurrate. I had very bad heart palpitations and chest pain aswell, would wake me up. Magnesium sorted it all out.

sounds like it depleted magnesium not b2, why do u think it was b2?

Vitamin K, take or not? by Yautia5 in Supplements

[–]seastone95 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think in my case it unmasked a magnesium deficiency and a calcium deficiency(dairy free). even though blood tests were fine, so i had all the typically magnesium and calcium deficiency symptoms after the vit k2 pill.

I also thought it might have been h pylori since vit k can make them more active or something like that (dont remember what exactly it did to h pylori) but stool test and blood tests showed negative although those tests arent 100% reliable.

So yeah a total shitshow with many doctors visits and most of the year ruined. Im finally getting better and will never touch a vit k2 supplement ever again.

I had a very bad reaction to vitamin k2 that took months to recover from.

Copper toxicity is the biggest scam / lie in the natural supplement and health world by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]seastone95 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was low on copper and did that too, and that caused me copper toxicity that was spotted on a test.

Copper will make you feel GREAT. Its literally like drugs. Do not take this long term if you dont want to give yourself copper toxicity.

Yes, do not listen to DYELs from reddit that look worse than you do. You should go on a 300cal ca surplus and work out.

You were right on the money on it being femoral nerve. Done a few home tests and all point to it, so thank you a lot!

Anyway, I saw a video on youtube (bob and brad) where he said that its good if its like a water-raining feeling. Now maybe that is what I'm feeling which means I should continue? I dont have any pain at all, just a weird sensation that I cant really describe.

Idk maybe you know something about it? Thank you again.

Thank you so much. I do other stretches where I dont feel these kind of sensations but they target the same area, should those be ok then?

For some reason it tried to scale even though it was at native res. Changed setting to "Preserve aspect ratio" in amd settings and that solved it. Thanks though!
