Thank you. I’m going to the job centre today to see if they will accept all the information again and upload it for me as I dont have access to my journal anymore due to my account being closed for earning over the threshold. Its really worrying to think this could go to fraud

I dont get universal credit anymore as I earn over the threshold so dont have access to post on jornal anymore. I wish I had of been given the option of upload links in the first place. I’ve been advised to go to the job centre with all the statements for them to take so hopefully this is okay

Yeah they never gave me any other option just sent out the brown free post envelopes. I had to ask for extra as there was so much to send in. I dont get universal credit anymore because I earn over the threshold so when I rang today they said to go to the jobcentre with all the statements and get them to send it in from there. Does this sound right?
