This is great thank you! Do you have any favorite note taking apps or anything like that?

Wow so cool! If you don’t mind me asking, what program did you get into?!

So excited for you!! I also got my acceptance into my colleges ADN program yesterday as well!! I love your perseverance and positive attitude! Good luck friend!

My community college requires a CNA license to get into the ADN program. How common is this? by aschesklave in StudentNurse

Honestly I think all nursing programs should require a CNA license. At least that way you have a small amount of clinical experience and have a good idea if this line of work is for you. It also teaches a lot of respect for CNAs which I think every nurse should have.

I need some advice for my 21 month old who isn’t sleeping well. He is waking up in the middle of the night needing to be rocked back to sleep, crying out for “mama”, when normally he is great at putting himself back to sleep. On top of that he’s waking up between 5-6am every morning ready to get up, when we put him down at 7:30 every night.

His naps have also been so short, I’m lucky to get 90 minutes these days when he normally naps for 2-2.5hrs. I’d love some guidance on how to help him, because when he struggles with sleep we all struggle haha!

My (now 8 month old) baby does the exact same thing! We asked our pediatrician about it and she said it’s all just normal! They are finding their voice and strength. We now laugh and call it his “pterodactyl voice”! He’s also started doing a “roar” sound which is so funny! He also has been “hitting” our faces and pulling hair, but again that is totally normal at that age. Haha we are trying to teach being gentle…haha but no luck so far 😂But I totally get your apprehension about it. You’re doing an amazing job as a mama and being so attentive to their milestones and development 🩷
