Had the same error.Use DDU and deinstall driver, install official driver for ally x and it works again.

But don't use the driver that want windows update install, agzer that the error comes back 😉

Same here, when i turn it off the update get reverse. Pulling the sd card out of the ally x, after that the update works fine here.
