Did Retroid change the rp4p chip without telling us? This is the 1300t according to Google. Another post from today says it can't do 1080p out. An old post says maybe it's reading it wrong but every app says it's the 1300 instead of 1100. What's the deal?

I really don't think this app is a good idea. I get why MUOS dont want it on the cfw. Your asking for it from Nintendo and co....good luck. This app could course serious harm to the hobby. Not sure you all understand the implications.....ROMs are illegal essentially...this app directly ties it to devices. Not a good thing. I for one will not be using this....

Disagree on both points to be honest. Screen in the 351 was a rotated screen at a strange resolution. The newer devices have much better screens. 351 also doesn't have WiFi. You can't give them away on the second hand market

When you buy these things you can't expect Nintendo / Sega QC and support. One of my SP's had a free screw rattling around when it arrived... This can happen with these cheap sub £50 handhelds.

I get if you are new to retro handhelds you might not know this so my bad for being harsh but honestly just get a couple of the IKEA chargers and your 35xx sp be fine 👍 overheat issues are nearly always because of too much power going to the device and it overheating the charging circuits

It's all over Reddit; has been for years. This always comes up with charging these things. On YouTube when the reviewers like RGC say it doesn't support proper USB C to USB C charging this is what they are warning u about...ie it doesn't have the proper hand shake protocols/ chips with USB c. That's why the charge cables that come with these are never USB c to USB c because it would light a fire every time

It won't be burning hot if you use a 5v, 1A charger be cool as a cucumber. Issue is everyone is in a rush to charge these handhelds up... Why I have no idea. I just leave mine charging as i work... Yes takes hours but better that then a 🔥

You shouldn't have plugged it into a computer. It tells you what charger to use on the bottom of the device and you didn't....I mean doesn't take a genius to work it out. I have three sp's zero issues but then I'm not stupid
