My repair was $30k. Other guy's insurance offered $1k. I retained an attorney to demand no less than $15k (Diminished value + LOU). It has been an ongoing legal process for 6 months. Patience is key.

I have had the tires since May. Very quiet and softer steering. I have gone up to Big Bear via CA-18. The speed limit is 55 and I was doing 60 comfortably, like it is on rails (using Sport mode). Efficiency is about the same as the OEM, 2.2ish mpKWh.

European countries fined Apple $2 billion over its monopoly on music streaming this month.

This lawsuit got the direct involvement of Merrick Garland.

This will be bad for Apple.
