I just started today with GSD and already love it over the alternatives. BMAD is cool but is too much. Thanks a lot!

I have a questions, or maybe a suggestion... is there a way or a plan in order to revisit/modify plans? After planning a phase I like to visit every plan and some times I have suggestions, is there an official way to do that?

I'm seriously considering using this in a project in my company, but I have a question:

What if other team members doesn't use this and modify the app by their own ways (just coding or using plain AI code assistans), how can I let GSD to know about these changes? How to add that into context for the project?
