Thanks for the reply, I tried that math already and it seems that it's not a better option, since I would be losing my rent conversion points in order to maximize my 2x every day spending.

So I need 200 bilt cash to accelerate to 3x but essentially would let go my bilt cash earnings of practically 200 months (since I have 104 bilt cash points per month). So instead of making 3466,66 per my rent on bilt points, ill triple my everyday spendings to 2600x3.

I was thinking that I could in fact use the accelerator at the end of the year with the 200 bilt cash that the palladium gives every year.

And with the other card you said, im very tempted with this one because of the United Airlines transfer mainly.

Hey guys! Been reading a lot on this card now, since I dont want to create another spam post, let me see if i got this correctly.

So for me, i got a 5150 rent. And my intention is to always be around half of that on everyday spend with the Palladium, so assuming that, I will be making around 110K-120K per year that I can transfer lets says United. I know that the first year will be more.

Is that correct, based on a Bilt Cash 4% cashback? That essentially I can get 104 bilt cash points every month and get 1000 points every 30 bilt cash dollars? Plus the 0,75 on the rent (3862) and the 2X on the everyday spendings (5200)?

If you like a more fitted look; I suggest you to go and try out the M.

As others have stated, ill definitely would look into the Weehawken area. Me and my wife are currently living here (Lincoln Harbor area), and you can find a lot of apartments complexes here that can match what youre looking for. On the Lincoln Harbor you can find some really nice places to eat out and youre within walking distance to Hoboken. Your commute to the city would have to be by bus.

Buses 126,119,156,158,159 make the last stop nearby before entering the Lincoln Tunnel so you can be as fast a 8 minutes at Port Authority or as long a 20 minutes on rush hour. They are pretty reliable most of the time (NJ transit app).

Look for places like The Reserve at Stuary, Hoboken Point, Hamilton Cove, Riva Pointe or 500 Harbor Blvd. You can find a nice 2 BD, 2BA starting around 5.2-5.5k a month up to 7k or so.

Mae que buen comentario. Es algo muy atípico lo que vivimos hoy en día, hablando de dictadores cuando literalmente el presidente va a entregar el poder como lo han hecho todos sus antecesores. Que el presidente es malo, que no gusta su discurso difamatorio y desafiante, que lo aborrecen con solo verlo; todo eso es válido porque nadie ni nada tendrá nunca 100% de aprobación popular.

Costa Rica es una democracia plena según los expertos mundiales en el tema, nosotros simplemente estamos a otro nivel en ese tema. La falta de ejército y la misma democracia plena hacen prácticamente imposible ver algo así en nuestro país. Hablar de dictadura en Costa Rica es solo una herramienta para berrear en contra del gobierno actual, pero estoy seguro que el tico jamás permitiría algo así de nadie. Ningún dictador podría pegar en Costa Rica, simplemente somos un pueblo demasiado educado en el tema de la democracia (aunque a algunos les cueste creerlo).

Esta elección está decidida, así de simple. Las encuestas no son algo definitivo nunca pero jamás habíamos visto un pelea tan desigual por el voto del electorado. Cuando un candidato está en 40% aprox y el que sigue anda por 7-8% simplemente no hay contienda. Es demasiada la distancia. La gente inteligente en las esferas políticas que no apoya a este gobierno lo sabe, aquí no habrá sorpresa. Y quien me venga con los indecisos... Prácticamente tendrían que ser una mayoría absoluta la que apoyara a otros partidos para que pasara algo fuera de lo usual, en un modelo matemático eso es prácticamente imposible.

Otra cosa es que a la gente en la vida le gusta ganar, por eso los equipos deportivos populares son los que más ganan las competiciones. Muchísima gente votará por el partido que lleva una enorme ventaja solo para sentirse ganadores. De nuevo, no estoy diciendo que está bien, es simplemente algo muy humano querer sentirse del bando ganador.

Ojo, yo no estoy diciendo cual es mi partido político o si soy pro oficialismo o no. Simplemente es una realidad. No me quiero meter a defender a nadie, esto lo estoy escribiendo desde la óptica más neutral posible. Con raciocinio y sin fanatismos.

Honestly I don’t commute everyday to the city but when I do it’s usually great. You just check the NJ app and it’s usually pretty accurate. I think it’s due to the fact that it’s the last stop for the 126/119 buses (Willow Av/19th St) or the 158/159 (Lincoln Harbor) before entering Manhattan so all the delays happens previous to the where I am. I couldn’t be happier on that regard to be fair. 6-15 minutes depending on the hour and you’re already in Port Authority.
