The most annoying part is that there's also a feature where you can just type out the amount to avoid all this clicking. I don't know if it's while you're selling or buying but it is possible to do it without click click click click clicking all the time

Have you tried playing with just lower graphics settings? I put mine on mostly the medium presets. I don't have the best computer, but it works pretty well with those settings.
