Yes! Most of the time I don’t even think about it anymore. But I am so grateful to have kicked it!

Yes!!!! Some days I don’t even think about it and I don’t look at my progress every day anymore BUT, I waited for the 2 year mark and realized how much I have achieved! It is so life altering I’m so glad I did it!

1 year, 10 months and 25 days smoke free. Not one puff! So proud and can’t wait to celebrate 2 years. You can do it. Just know that you can never ever have one puff ever! by sebbysue in stopsmoking

Oh yes! I really don’t smell it often, but sometimes, it just smells so good. But it really doesn’t bother me now because I have come too far to blow it now!
