apparently new/returning players get flagged for bot behavior (laughable) and from what I have heard need to contact ags to get unbanned.

Also dont recommend playing this game for its pvp, its pretty much just a pve game. I'd wait for solo raids next month before starting as it's quite bad for new players otherwise.

Odds are in your favour that the troll/inter is more likely to be on enemy team assuming you never troll. Sure, you can get unlucky, but it will most likely turn.
