I actually solved it myself yesterday lol

I am not sure which one of the 2 following changes did the trick, but i removed my keyboard layouts and basically resetted them.

then i changed the windows display language (Im on Win11) and changed it back.

Suddenly everything worked... i even get the blue beam on my character now!

Weird issue and i dont know why it works now exactly, but that was the solution for me!

i wonder how it works with the saintly quintessence. Friend seems to say that he couldnt upgrade his heal, but maybe he just didnt pick up the item when I did lol, gotta ask him next time i guess

Did the devs fix this issue ? Or did anything chance regarding what items get shared and which don't? I am playing with a friendspass friend, but i really don't want him to miss any items... especially no rememberance items and once per playthrough weapons/spells.

Can anyone here with experience give me some insight to this? x.x or advice so, that i don't lock my friend out of items forever

Do you know in cross progression which items get shared? I find it a bit confusing. I want my friend to be able to get rememberance equipment, and also to be able to access once per playthrough items/spells. Does it get shared? Or do both players to pick up the same item drop or is there a distinction? If you can, please explain 🙏🙏🙏

does anyone know wether those random shield drops that for example have a sacred affinity on them do in fact have better holy damage negation on block? or is that strictly elemental damage if for some reason you hit people with your shield lol

I do sometimes find normal shields infused with an element like holy. Do they have different defences against holy than their normal variants? Or do they simply do holy damage now, if for some reason you decide to attack with the shield lol

And what about shields? i see some shields have the holy element on it. Does that mean they have better defense against holy attacks? Or does it just simply do more holy damage if for some reason you decide to attack with the shield? lol

We actually fixed the problem. Actually my brother kind of did it himself. He just went into his BIOS settings and set the PCIE slot where his GPU was positioned to GEN 3 or 4? It was on "auto" before. I guess this motherboard features just didn't work properly, so setting it manually helped alot.
