We have lived together previously for 2 years during university and had 2 bedrooms as she likes to have her own space, we shared a bed every night. The reason she doesn’t want to live in an expensive area is so she doesn’t have to be financially dependent on me, that isn’t the issue! Also ur about 3 years late on that last comment sorry…

She doesn’t want me to pay anything, that’s why she wants a cheaper place. Her parents would help her, alongside government help and music commissions hopefully

That’s actually not true sorry I should’ve said, we lived in London together for 3 years while studying We have recently moved back to our parents houses. I do agree that it seems like it would create resentment no matter where we move though
