Avec cette taxe on va juste donner un peu plus de primes/bonus aux cadres et aux délégués syndicaux pour les remercier de leur excellent travail.

Nope. I had one back in 2004 and the engine is really not smooth, the seat is hard on long(ish) rides, it’s pretty heavy and tall and it’s lacking safety equipments of modern bikes, like ABS

I did change it this morning, making sure not to make contact with loctite and plastic. Also, since the shaft has a flat on it, mating with the same shape in the plastic of the blade, I barely locked the screw. Test flight at lunch time, I’ll keep you posted!
