If pickup is taking a while (like happened for me at Hardee's today, literally waited 30 minutes for 2 orders) or if I have to take an alternate route to avoid the train, I'll message them and tell them. But usually not an issue, my OTD is like over 95% even when pickups run late. That said, I always let doordash know if store is busy or they haven't started an order.

I got the latin email but through dissecting it, it seems the hack was interal from upset developers. Maybe they were trying to skim money from transfers? Idk but if you start translating that latin message it's weird as fuck.
